Downhill skiing
The downhill ski area offers slopes for all levels, ranging from 1,500 m to 2,750 m above sea level. The vast snow front, located in the extension of the Maison d'Aussois, is specially designed for children and beginner skiers: toboggan runs, an ESF snow garden, beginner's ski lifts, daycare, games, and entertainment.
The domain in a few figures:
- 1200m of elevation gain and 55 km of slopes
- 1 Boardercross, snowpark and slalom stadium with free access
- 4 chairlifts, 4 ski lifts, access to the top of the area in just 15 minutes
- 21 slopes (5 green – 6 blue, including one that offers plenty of elevation gain – 7 red – 3 black including the fabulous Balmes slope)
- 130 snow cannons that guarantee top-quality snow!
Nordic skiing
The Nordic domain of Monolith offers you:
30 km of marked trails for skating and alternative riding
3 red runs – 2 green runs – 2 blue runs
Departure from La Croix (accessible by car, shuttle or 15 minutes on foot) from the village towards Sardières.
A Nordic chalet located in Val Cenis Sardières welcomes you 7 days a week during the season to provide you with all the information you need for your nordic skiing practice.
