Cancellation insurance

The Aussois Immobilier agency offers you cancellation insurance with each reservation.
This insurance is automatically offered to you if you make a reservation by phone with our hostesses. If you book on our website, you must check the Yes/No box according to your choice.
If you wish to purchase insurance, it must be paid for at the time of payment of the deposit. It cannot be added or removed afterward.

If you do not take out cancellation insurance, the administration fees are retained and the costs are as follows:
Regardless of the reason, all cancellations must be notified in writing. No cancellation requests can be recorded by telephone.
- from booking to D-30 = 25% of the accommodation sale price
- from D-29 to D-15 = 50% of the accommodation sales price
- from D-14 to D-7 = 75% of the accommodation sale price
- less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the price
