Rental conditions

All apartments rented are privately owned. Seasonal rentals on behalf of these owners are handled by the Aussois Immobilier Agency, which will be your point of contact throughout your stay.

BOOKING: The reservation is only guaranteed after sending the acknowledgment of receipt of the deposit, i.e. 25% of the rental price. The balance is due 1 month before your arrival. Additional nights beyond those planned will be charged in addition at the pro rata rate of the public rate. The rental contract must be returned signed within 10 days.

PRICE: The rental prices indicated are fixed prices. They include the rental of the accommodation itself, equipped according to the description in your possession, and the costs of heating, water, gas, and electricity in particular.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, the costs are:
  •     from the reservation to d – 30 = 25% of the total amount
  •     from 29 to 15 days before arrival = 50% of the total amount
  •     from 14 to 7 days before arrival = 75% of the total amount
  •     less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the total amount

SECURITY DEPOSIT: To ensure the premises and furniture are returned in good condition, you are required to pay a security deposit upon arrival. The cost of replacing any missing items (breakage, damage, etc.) will be deducted from this deposit. If these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the balance.

If the tenant has not carried out the final cleaning, it will be charged at a fixed price and deducted from the deposit.

RECEPTION AND KEY COLLECTION: Check-in is on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Résidence des Sports, next to the tobacconist's. Check-in is on Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. In case of late arrival or delayed arrival, you must contact reception. You will then be given instructions for collecting the keys to the rented premises.

INVENTORY AND CONDITION REPORT: Due to the very high number of arrivals and departures at the same time, the rental agency may not be able to check the rented premises in the presence of the tenant. The inventory must be carried out by the tenant upon arrival. Any complaints concerning the rented premises must be submitted in writing to reception within two working days of the keys being handed over.

OCCUPATION: Tenants are asked to:
  • to occupy the premises "as a good father",
  • to comply with the building's internal regulations, particularly with regard to noise (it is strictly forbidden to enter the apartments wearing ski boots), hanging out laundry, cleanliness, vehicle parking, and instructions concerning energy savings.
  • not to exceed in any case the number of occupants stipulated in the contract and which corresponds to the bedding equipment of the apartment in question,
  • not to use beds without sheets or pillowcases,
  • to scrupulously respect the dates of occupation and the time of departure.

CLEANING: End-of-stay cleaning must be performed by the tenant. However, the tenant has the option of having it performed by the rental agency for a fixed price. In this case, the agency must be informed 48 hours before the departure date.

RESPONSIBILITY: The owner and his agent disclaim all liability in the event of theft or burglary in the rented premises. The tenant is required to insure against damage of any kind that may incur liability.

DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute, third parties shall elect domicile at the office of the Aussois Immobilier Agency and recognize the High Court of Albertville (Savoie) as competent.
