With over 20 years of experience and our proximity to the villages of Haute Maurienne, we offer our services as a co-ownership management company. To ensure the best possible service, we manage co-ownerships near our agency. We are here to manage administrative tasks, technical monitoring of the building, and oversee building works.

Our team, available and responsive, works in close collaboration with the union council.

All co-owners have direct access to their dedicated "Owner's Area" which will allow them to monitor the accounts and the life of the co-ownership in real time.
